The Sunday Café ~ Green Beans & Bacon

Green Beans and Bacon


6 slices bacon, cooked
1 - 16 oz bag frozen green beans
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper

Place green beans in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Place a paper towel over the bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Top beans with crumbled bacon...YUM!!!



There is not a lot of vegetables my kids will eat, but they FIGHT over this one! I almost to the point, I have to cook two bowls, because I can eat it all by itself.
